Agent fees
Explained
Every Agent will charge a fee for the work they are doing.
Some charges are from $50 to $500 per person.
But be aware NOT ALL fees will apply to your booking.
It can be confusing so here is a little breakdown for you.
We will advise what does apply to you at the moment of your booking, no need to stress or be alarmed.

Agent fees
Air only fee $50 per person
Applies to flight only bookings, does NOT apply for booking with air fare included.
Accommodation only fee $50 per person
Applies to accommodation only bookings, does NOT apply for booking with accommodation included.
Booking fee $50 per person
Applies to every booking that is finalized, whether those are package deals or customized trips.
Late changes fee $30 per person
Applies to late changes only. A change is considered late when a deposit has been received or the booking is fully paid.
Does NOT apply to bookings that: are frozen for 48 Hours - have not been fully paid - have no deposit received.
Cancellation fee $30 per person
Applies to any cancellation of bookings that either have a deposit received or are fully paid.
Does NOT apply to bookings that: are frozen for 48 Hours - have not been fully paid - have no deposit received.
Planning & Research fee $100 per person
Applies to customized trips only, when the agent is spending time to make your vacation extra special.
Does NOT apply to pre-arranged package deals available with everything included.
Consultation fee Free
Please be respectful of the Agents time for your consultation. Tips are welcome but NEVER mandatory. Promise.
